How to make it
Mix cordyceps flower, chicken thigh, snow fungus, black fungus, ginger and seasonings. Set aside.
Cut the beancurd sheet into four pieces, wipe the surface with a wet towel. Place the ingredients in step 1 on top.
Roll up and sprinkle a little flour water (mix flour and water) on the edge of the beancurd sheet.
Sweep a layer of sesame oil on the dish, put on rolls and steam for 12 minutes over high heat.
