How to make it

Put fish on sectioned green onions. Steam for 7 minutes or until done. Drain off excess liquid.
Place shredded green onion and ginger on top of the fish. Pour over hot oil and Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood.
Remarks: Bass or pom-fret can be used.
