How to make it

  1. Mix minced pork, diced red bell pepper and water chestnut with Sauce For Black Bean Chicken.
  2. Cut soft bean curd into 12 slices. Spread minced pork mixture on top.
  3. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
