Steamed Pork Ribs and Flat Rice Noodles with Black Bean Garlic Sauce

How to make it

  1. Wash and dry the pork ribs. Marinate for half an hour
  2. Tear the flat rice noodles into strips and lay on a plate. 

  3. Spread the marinated ribs on top of the noodles and steam for 10-15 minutes until the ribs are fully cooked.

  4. After steaming, sprinkle with green onion and chilli to serve.  

  5. Tips: Apply a little oil to the bottom of the plate to prevent the noodles from sticking to the plate.
