How to make it

  1. Rinse and dry the pork ribs, add the Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Bean Chicken and marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Steam the marinated ribs with the marinade for 20 minutes over high heat until the ribs are fully cooked.
  3. Cut the rice rolls into thin strips and spread on the steaming plate, steam for 3-5 minutes.
  4. After steaming, spread the pork ribs on the rice rolls, sprinkle with chopped shallots or chili peppers, and serve.

  5. Tips: Coat the bottom of the dish with a little oil to prevent the rice rolls from sticking to the dish.
