What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • Bean curd/Tofu 400 g [cut into about 12 slices]
  • Minced pork 120 g
  • Green onion(s) [diced for topping]

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 2 tsp
  • Chopped shallot 2 tsp
  • Chopped red chilli or bell pepper 2 tsp

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix minced pork with marinade.
  2. Divide minced pork into 12 portions and put on top of tofu.
  3. Steam on high heat for 10 minutes or until done.
  4. Pour away excess liquid.
  5. Pour over seasoning mix and top with diced green onion.
