Stir-fried Crab in Chilli Hoisin Sauce

How to make it

  1. Dust crabs with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger, garlic, chilli and green onions. Add Hoisin Sauce and Chilli Bean Sauce and fry until fragrant.
  3. Add crabs, sizzle wine. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
