  • Chicken fillet 150 g [cut into strips]
  • Canned peach 150 g [2 pcs, diced]
  • Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [diced]
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tsp

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Seafood XO Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix beef and chicken with marinade.
  2. Saute minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil.
  3. Add beef, chicken and stir-fry until done.
  4. Stir in peach, bell pepper and sauce mix.
  5. Stir well until heated through.
