What You Will Need

- Pork 350 g [diced]
- Bell pepper 90 g [diced]
- Roasted cashew nuts 50 g
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 2 tsp
- Shao Hsing wine 2 tsp
Marinade
- Lee Kee Kum Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Corn starch ½ tsp
Sauce Mix
- Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Hot & Spicy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 3 tbsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Corn starch 1/2 tsp

How to make it

Mix pork with marinade.

Saute minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add pork and stir-fry until done. Sprinkle with wine.

Add bell pepper, sauce mix and heat through. Add cashew nuts and stir well.
