How to make it
Marinade lamb slices for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok, fry the lamb slices until 7 mature for later use
Heat the wok, add garlic slices, shredded onion and chopped red pepper and saute until fragrant. Add lamb slices with seasoning and stir well, finally add coriander.
*You can change the lamb slices to beef slices 200g according to personal preference.
