How to make it
Mix minced meat with marinade and marinate for 10 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into 8 rectangular pieces with a thickness of about 15mm, and dice the mushrooms for later use.
Soak the potatoes in hot water until cooked.
Heat the oil in a wok, add some butter, fry the potatoes over low heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Add minced meat and mushrooms for stir fry, add seasonings and stir well.
Put the fried mushrooms and minced meat on the potatoes.
