How to make it

Devein the prawns and pat dry with kitchen towel. Set aside.
Heat up 1 tbsp oil; pan fry prawns until golden on a medium heat. Set aside.
Sauté the chilli in 1/2 tsp oil. Add bell peppers and red onion to sauté. Add prawns and seasoning to sauté quickly.
Turn off the heat and mix well with basil. Ready to serve.
