  • Prawns 450 g [meat, deveined and dried]
  • Snow peas/Mangetout 200 g
  • Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tsp

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder 1/2 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Corn starch 1/2 tsp
  • Water 2 1/2 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Mix prawns with marinade.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add prawns and stir-fry until done.
  3. Pour in sauce mix, snow peas and green onion. Stir well for about 2 minutes until heated through.
