How to make it

  1. Soak the rice noodle in water for 1 hour. Drain and cut into half.
  2. Marinade the pork for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil over medium heat, stir fry the pork, mushroom and green onion until fragrant. Set aside.
  4. Heat the oil over medium heat, stir-fry cabbage, celery, carrot and water until fragrant.
  5. Add in all the ingredients and seasonings, stir well and cook until the water is evaporated.
