How to make it

  1. Marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours.

  2. Stir-fry the eggs until just set.Set aside.

  3. Stir-fry chicken until done. Add asparagus, carrots and ginger from the marinade. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.

  4. Stir in eggs, cooked rice, seasoning and heat through.
