How to make it

Marinate thechicken for at least 3 hours.

Stir-fry the eggs until just set.Set aside.

Stir-fry chicken until done. Add asparagus,carrotsandginger from the marinade.Stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Stir in eggs, cooked rice, seasoning and heat through.
