How to make it

  1. Heat oil in medium heat, saute ginger and minced garlic until fragrant. Add in dried shrimps and squid and stir-fry. 
  2. Add Chinese chive flowers, dried radish, dried whitebait and seasonings. Then stir-fry until well mixed.

  3. Add in peanut and garlic chive and stir-fry in high heat.
