How to make it
Marinate the chicken fillet for 20 minutes.
Add ½ tsp. in a boiling water and then cook the broccoli for 30 seconds, add the Chinese Yam and cook for another 30 seconds. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil, sauté the chicken until medium well. Set aside.
Add minced garlic and minced ginger to the wok and sauté until fragrant, then add all the ingredients and seasonings and stir well.
Fry the chicken over high heat until fully cooked.
