Stuffed Bean Curd in Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Firm bean curd/Firm tofu 280 g [1 pc, cut into 12 pieces]
- Mashed shrimp meat 120 g [meat, mashed]
Marinade
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- Corn starch 1/2 tsp
Sauce Mix
- Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce with Dried Scallop 2 tbsp
- Corn starch 1/2 tsp
- Water 6 tbsp

How to make it

Mix mashed shrimp meat with marinade. Divide into 12 portions.

Spread shrimp meat onto each piece of bean curd. Pan-fry in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and shrimp meat is done.

Pour in sauce mix and heat through. Stir well lightly.
