Stuffed Mushroom with Tofu

How to make it

  1. Mix red capsicum, oat flakes, corn, chopped green onion, minced ginger and all seasonings, then add in hard tofu and mix well. 
  2. Lightly dust corn flour onto inner side of mushroom.
  3. Stuff the tofu into the mushroom cap. 
  4. Steam the stuffed mushrooms for 8 minutes. 
  5. Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve.
