How to make it

Marinade the pork for at least 3 hours.

Cook the sugar snap peas in boiling water, set aside.

Coat the pork with potato starch.

Heat the oil in medium heat, deep fry the pork until done.

Bring all the seasoning to boil, add the pork and mix well.

Sprinkle with sugar snap peas.
