How to make it

  1. Add the pack of Premium Marinade Spices to 1 L of water, bring to boil, then turn off the heat and cover with lid for 1 hour.
  2. Boil the eggs and remove the shells for later use, and boil remaining ingredients for later use.
  3. Add 2 packs of the Hong Kong Style Marinade Pack and Secret Soy Sauce to another pot, bring to a boil on high heat. Then add all the ingredients and bring to a boil again. Turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes covered with lid. Turn off the heat and stew for 15 minutes. 
  4. Pick up the eggs and pig ears, and add 300ml of water together with other ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat.
  5. Cut the marinated ingredients and put them on the dish, then pour a little marinade sauce on it.
  6. Tips: Different ingredients require different cooking time.
