Soak the glass noodles in hot water until softened, then drain and set aside.
Stir-fry the minced meat with the julienned peppers and minced garlic until cooked, then set aside.
Combine all ingredients with the seasoning and toss well before serving.
Tips: You can use Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Chilli Sauce, or use Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce on its own — both will give you the same delicious result.
