  • Soft tofu 250 g
  • Dried White Fish 10 g
  • Ready to eat Nori [shredded] as desire
  • Roasted Sesame 1 tbsp

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Gold Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Mirin 1 tbsp
  • Smooth Peanut Butter 2 tsp
  • Ginger Juice 1 tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp

How to make it

  1. Deep fry/pan fry the dried fish.
  2. Arrange the tofu on plate and chill.
  3. Using motor and pestle to pound the sesame, mix with the seasoning mix to be dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the tofu, sprinkle the fish and nori to serve.
