How to make it

Marinate the beef with soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
Boil the noodles and beef separately . Set aside in a bowl.
Put a bag of Tomato Thick Soup into a pot of cold water and bring to boil. After boiling for 2 minutes, pour the soup over the noodles. Sprinkle with scallion and top with beef, then serve.
Tips: Use beef tenderloin and slice against the grain to avoid chewy texture.
