How to make it
Marinate the pork for 15 minutes then blanch; seasoning mushroom, mustard and pork and mix well.
Arrange fish fillet on the plate and add the ingredients from step 1 on top. Steam for 6 minutes.
Pour 2-3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood and hot oil. Read to serve.
Tips : Rinse preserved mustard with water can reduce the salty taste.
