How to make it

  1. Mix tuna with oyster sauce and dust with sesame seeds. Heat 1 tbsp oil and pan fry tuna, each side for about 30 seconds till golden. Take out, cool and slice.
  2. Place vegetables in the middle of the plate. Arrange tuna on top.
  3. Mix the sauce and pour over to serve.
