  • Vegetarian abalone 120 g [sliced]
  • Sugar snaps 50 g
  • Fresh lily bulb 50 g [torn into pieces]
  • Carrot 50 g [sliced]
  • Yam bundles/Konnyaku bundles 75
  • Fried gluten balls 6 pcs [about 30 g]
  • Red bell pepper 50 g [sliced]
  • Pitted red dates 6 pcs [soaked & steamed]

Sauce Mix

  • Lee kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 3 Tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Water 100 mL

Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce

How to make it

  1. Cook yam bundles and fried gluten in boiling water accordingly until tender. Drain.
  2. Blanch sugar snaps, carrot and vegetarian abalone in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry vegetarian abalone in 1 Tbsp oil. Add yam bundles , fried gluten, sugar snaps, lily bulb, carrot, red bell pepper, stoned red dates, sauce mix and heat through.
