How to make it

  1. Cook yam bundles and fried gluten in boiling water accordingly until tender. Drain.
  2. Blanch sugar snaps, carrot and vegetarian abalone in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry vegetarian abalone in 1 Tbsp oil. Add yam bundles , fried gluten, sugar snaps, lily bulb, carrot, red bell pepper, stoned red dates, sauce mix and heat through.
