How to make it

  1. Marinate beef for 15 minutes. Mix well.
  2. Stir-fry beef in 1 Tbsp oil until almost done and both sides are golden yellow.
  3. Add asparagus and red chilli and stir-fry until fragrant. Add XO Sauce, shrimp roe and sweetened roasted walnut. Stir well until heated through.
