How to make it

Saute diced chicken fillet with oil and drain.
Peel the dried shallot bulb, chop the scallions in half. Saute the gingers, scallions and black bean sauce in 2-3 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Garnish with red pepper.
