How to make it

Pan-fry the eggs into thin egg sheets.  Shred and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok.  Saute ginger and onion until fragrant.  Add ham, shrimps and stir-fry until done.
Add cooked rice, shredded egg and seasoning mix.  Stir well until heated through.
