How to make it

Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Plunge the Udon in boiling water for 7-8 minutes.
Add Japanese Style Pork Bone Broth to cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Fry the dumplings until well browned. Serve the dumplings on top of Udon.
