How to make it

  1. Cut 450 g of pork fillet into two long strips, marinate with Char Siu Sauce Pack and Rice Wine for 4 hours
  2. Put in preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes#
  3. Take out the char siu and brush with Finishing Sauce, bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes#
  4. Added Malt Syrup on top evenly and bake for 2 minutes, ready to serve
  5. Tips: To make the char siu more tender, you can use pork belly instead of the pork fillet
