Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade is made with first extract soy sauce fermented by non-GM soybeans. This is a convenient sweet soy-based cooking sauce. Combine Chicken Marinade with water as a marinade, as a seasoning for your favourite stir-fry, or as a sauce over noodles and rice.
Soy Sauce Chicken
Boil 3 portions of Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade and 2 portions of water. Add ingredients like chicken drumsticks or chicken thigh. Bring to boil and turn to low heat. Cook until done. Turn occasionally. Remove from heat, cover and cool a while to serve.
