How to make it

  1. Cut the surface of the chicken wings lightly and then marinate it for 15 minutes. 
  2. Heat the pan with oil, fry the chicken wings over low heat until golden color. Add the chopped dried shallots and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add the seasonings (except sesame oil) and fry over low heat until the chicken wings are fully cooked.
  3. Add basil leaves and stir-fry. Finally, add sesame oil and stir-fry well.
  4. Tip:
    When marinating the chicken wings, cut the surface lightly to absorb seasoning easily.
