How to make it

  1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft. Drain.
  2. Saute ginger, green onion and garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  3. Add minced pork and stir-fry until done.
  4. Stir in bean vermicelli, seasoning mix and heat through.
