How to make it
Parboil beef brisket in boiling water for a while. Drain.
Saute ginger in 1 tbsp oil.
Add beef brisket and stir fry until fragrant.
Pour in seasoning mix, simmer for 90 minutes until beef brisket soft.
Add turnip and simmer for 30 minutes until cooked.
Stir in papaya, apples and raisins and cook for 10 minutes until heated through
