How to make it
Blanch beef brisket in boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again and set aside.
Saute ginger, green onions and red chilli in 2 tbsp oil, then add turnip until fragrant.
Add seasoning mix and boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 1 1/2 hours until tender.
Add turnip, carrot and cook for about 20 minutes until tender.
