How to make it

  1. Blanch beef brisket in boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again and set aside.
  2. Saute ginger, green onions and red chilli in 2 tbsp oil, then add turnip until fragrant.
  3. Add seasoning mix and boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 1 1/2 hours until tender.
  4. Add turnip, carrot and cook for about 20 minutes until tender.
