How to make it

Soak the noodles in boiling water until softened. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil over high heat, fry the shiitake mushrooms and straw mushrooms over low heat, add in seasonings (except the sesame oil) and E-fu noodles and braise until the sauce is reduced.
Add in chinese chives and sesame oil and mix well. Ready to serve.
