How to make it
Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
Saute ginger in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked.
Add&straw mushrooms, egg noodles and stir well.
Pour in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens.
Stir in yellow chives and green&onions.
