How to make it

  1. Saute shallot and garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  2. Add minced pork belly and stir-fry until golden yellow.
  3. Add seasoning mix and boil. Turn to low heat and braise for about 25 minutes.
  4. Pour on top of rice and serve at once.
