How to make it

  1. Tie the pork squares with cotton strings into cross shape.
  2. Cook pork, ginger and green onions in boiling water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again and set aside.
  4. Saute pork in 1 tbsp oil until golden yellow.
  5. Add seasoning mix and boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 1 hour until tender
