How to make it

Blanch pork trotter in boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again and set aside.
Saute green onions and garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add pork trotter, peanuts and stir-fry until golden yellow.
Add seasoning mix and boil. Turn to low heat and braise for about 1 ½ hours until tender.
