How to make it

Blanch sea cucumber and fish maw in boiling water with ginger and green onion. Drain.
Sauté ginger and green onion in 1 tbsp oil. Add sea cucumber, fish maw, chicken, mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Stir in sauce mix and ham, cook until sauce thickened.
