  • Soaked Sea Cucumber 300 g [cut into pieces]
  • Soaked Chinese Mushrooms 150 g
  • Cordyceps Flowers 10 g [trim the ends]
  • Carrot Slices 30 g
  • Ginger 1 slice
  • Water 300 - 400 mL
  • Rock sugar 5 g

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Sauce Mix

  • Cornstarch 1 tsp
  • Water 1 Tbsp

How to make it

  1. Sauté ginger in 2 tbsp oil, add mushrooms and sea cucumber, stir well until fragrant.
  2. Add water and rock sugar. Simmer until sea cucumber and mushrooms are soft. It takes around 30-45 minutes.
  3. Add seasoning mix, carrot slices and cordyceps flowers, cook for further 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in thickening and cook until sauce thickened.
