How to make it

  1. Mix the ground beef with the marinade. Divide it into 3 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Place the pineapple slices in a preheated 200°C oven and bake for 6 minutes.

  2. Heat a pan with oil, pan-fry the burger patties over low heat until both sides are set. Add butter and rosemary and cook until the patties are about 70% done. Add the seasonings and bell pepper, then cook until little sauce remains. 
  3. Sprinkle a layer of sugar over the baked pineapple slices. Caramelize the sugar until it turns to golden colour.

  4. Place the pineapple on top of the burger patties. Add the bell pepper on the plate side. Drizzle with the remaining sauce and serve.
