Marinade the pleurotus eryngii and the pork respectively.
Cut the cauliflower into four pieces and then use a blender or grater to grate the flower part.
Heat oil over medium heat, add minced garlic and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add minced pork and pleurotus eryngii and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add minced cauliflower, water and seasoning and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
When the pot is off from heat, add the shredded lettuce and bell pepper, mix well. Sprinkle it with green onion. Serve.
