How to make it
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Sauté chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in casserole. Saute onion, ginger, garlic, green onion and shallots until fragrant. Add red chili, dried red chilli and stir well.
Sprinkle with wine. Add chicken, green bell pepper and stir well until heated through. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
