Chicken Casserole with Hot and Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Chicken ½ [about 600 g]
- Green bell pepper 75 g [cut into pieces]
- Onion 50 g [cut into pieces]
- Ginger 3 slices
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Red chilli ½ [cut into pieces ]
- Dried red chilli 4 [about 2 g]
- Shallots 5 [cut into halved]
- Shao Hsing wine 2 ½ tbsp
- Green onions 3 [sectioned]
- Garnish with Chinese parsley.
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Spicy Chilli Stir-Fry Sauce 1 tbsp
- Corn starch 2 tsp
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Spicy Chilli Stir-Fry Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce ½ tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp

How to make it

Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.

Sauté chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in casserole. Saute onion, ginger, garlic, green onion and shallots until fragrant. Add red chili, dried red chilli and stir well.

Sprinkle with wine. Add chicken, green bell pepper and stir well until heated through. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
