  • Courgette 120 g [or Zucchini, cut into pieces]
  • Canned peach 120 g [drained and cut into pieces]

  • Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Dry Sherry 2 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Alternate all ingredients on bamboo skewers.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Pan-fry or barbecue chicken kebabs over hot charcoal until golden yellow and done. Brush with remaining marinade from time to time.
