How to make it

  1. Mix duck meat with marinade.
  2. Dust duck meat with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil. Add pineapple, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in fried duck.
