Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Beaten egg 2 tbsp

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Canned pineapple juice 5 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 /2tsp

How to make it

  1. Mix duck meat with marinade.
  2. Dust duck meat with corn starch. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil. Add pineapple, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in fried duck.
